Most homes in Point Loma are -- by the nature of their location -- already special. But even in this exceptional neighborhood environment, sometimes some expansion and updating can add a great deal to the living experience.

For this project we expanded the living room to provide better visual balance as well as square footage, updated the kitchen and laundry, added a music listening area, and added a new master bedroom and bath.

​

The end result gave the home a refreshing new life.
